Return Policy

We're committed to providing our customers with quality products and excellent service. If for any reason you need to return an item, we make the process easy.

Eligible Items for Return
Only unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Customized and personalized items cannot be returned.

How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, login to your account and select "Returns" from the menu. Pack the item securely and include a copy of the invoice or packing slip. Ship returns to the address provided with your return authorization number clearly written on the package. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. 

Refunds 
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we will deduct a $10 re-stocking fee from the refund. The exchange item will be shipped once we receive and process the return.
